Resetting your password

Lost your password and want to reset it?

Wifirst customers who have an account (email address and password) to access the Wifirst network via our www.wifirst.net portal:

To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Enter www.wifirst.net in your browser bar.

2. Click “Forgot your password?”

3. The form asks you for the email address and telephone number associated with your account.

Make sure to enter your phone number with the country code (for example, for France: +33X.XX.XX.XX.XX)

You’ll also be asked to choose a new password and confirm the form.

4. You will then receive an SMS message with a validation code.

5. Enter this code in the box.

6. You will then be redirected to our community portal and can surf to your heart’s content!

Followed these steps but still having trouble logging in?

Haven’t linked a mobile number to your Wifirst account or haven’t received our SMS with the validation code?

Send us the following information by email to care@wifirst.fr:

your email address, a mobile phone number of your choice and a copy of an identity document (your identity card, passport, etc.), then follow the procedure above
