What should I do if I am having a connection problem with my Apple mobile device?

If you’re having problems with an iPhone or iPad, don’t panic!
Here are the steps you should try:
1 - Navigate to your device’s settings, go to “General”, then tap the “Reset” option at the bottom of the list
2 - Then select “Reset Network Settings”, and finally tap “Reset”
3 - After this, your device will restart and the default Wi-Fi settings will be restored.

To enable cookies in Safari on iOS (iPhone/iPad) From the home screen, go to Settings > Safari. Make sure that the “Block all cookies” option is disabled.
