Your situation requires you to use a VPN, a secure connection to remotely access your work tools?

In this exceptional context, Wifirst offers portal-free Internet access to users using a VPN in order to avoid impacting the various measures implemented throughout France.

The steps to follow to obtain this access :

1. Retrieve the MAC address of the equipment that needs to access the internet

2. Get the name of the place of connection where you are trying to access the Internet.

3. Communicate this information on our chat room located at the bottom right of your screen!

Your situation forces you to leave your connection location and you can no longer benefit from the service you paid for?

In order to obtain a refund for the days for which the connection cannot be used, please provide one of the following information:

  • The Wifirst transaction number
  • Your login code if you have one
  • The email address used for your purchase

Then contact our customer service via our chat room located at the bottom right of your screen or send an email to care@wifirst.fr.

Please note that we are doing everything possible to minimize the potential impact of this outbreak on our service.
